Smart alarm system
I notified Verisure in September 2020 that I wished to cancel my monthly contract and, having received no response from the company, in December 2020 cancelled my direct debit. Their response was to send me an invoice to cover January 2021. I keep emailing to get this matter resolved but without any luck so far. Their customer service is appalling.
