Easy purchase process
The website was great, I found it really easy to buy a car with clear instructions. I liked how fast a representative got back to me, but I got a bit worried when my reserve price wasn't met and the valuation algorithm didn't seem quite right. Still, the final offer was good so I went ahead and accepted it with no big problems.
