River Cruise
My cruise was cancelled by Riviera. Their terms and Booking conditions are clear. If they cancel a refund is sent within 14 days. Not any longer. In spite of the consumer law they are not refunding for 20 months. They are issuing a credit note which they have the audacity to call a REFUND credit note. Avoid this company like the plague. And see whether they are still in business after the corona virus epidemic.

The CMA (Competition And Markets Authority) is the UK Government department responsible for protecting consumers.
The CMA is asking the public for information about businesses behaving unfairly during the coronavirus outbreak.
The CMA says it will not hesitate to take enforcement action if there is evidence that businesses have breached consumer protection law.
