Review about: Alfa Travel
Two holidays
I booked two coach holidays with Alfa but as the virus became more active I chose to cancel. I followed their rules exactly regarding cancellation, and have sent photo copies of all the details, 5 times, and telephoned, for a refund.
Alfa have'nt even the good manners to reply.
This has been going on for 4 months and still no sign of a refund.
this sounds about right they dont seem to like complaints or give refunds
