    I used to work for evans customer service before arcadia went into adminsitration, and i can tell you now that evans customers are spiteful nasty and abusive porkers, who call staff members thick are become 2 impatient because those ... hogs dont ready the terms and conditions. or teh fact mny of these custoemr claim their disabled just as a way to hurl abuse at us staff.

    It could take up to 28 days for a refund to be processed because when a return is done from a parcel shop it is pending on when the courier van is going to be picking up items. or how long it take to sort through parcels at their sorting depots ( it does take time) many customers complained about where there prcel is when they entered the wrong address or didnt check thing clearly, also customer would be abusive because we have an up to percentage off ale which mean id the discount was up to 30% then anything up to 30& would be discounted not exactly 30%

    Customer who chased return also did not follow the return processed proper as they didnt create label from the website insted the sent their clothes in parcels t department stores and to place that cant even process a refund. Also Klarna order could not be returned to store and must be returned within 14 days.

    in regards to quality the quality of the cloth was top notch and their was a 6rh month warrenty for clothes anythign after that is wear and tear and arcadia is not liable for hat item, however customer tried to return cloth after the 28 day tiem frame or a pair of shoes they owned for year is now comming Apart ( to be fair if a ... hog was walking in those shoes contantly for over 6 months than wear and tear is natural.

    The custoemr service staff that we abused were often stressed when they tried to explain thing yet one customer NAn bagan called me thick repeatedly because i explained what up to 30% off meant,

    nay who dont abuse customer service staff and cdont call an online service appalign expially if you hadbnt read the terms and condition and waits the time frame of 28 days
