Quick set up, no results or refund
I recently bought an STI test from this company and they quickly arranged for me to visit a local lab for testing. However, it's been well over a month now since I did the test and I still haven't received any results or a refund. I've been in touch with their customer service several times to ask about what's happening with my results and refund, but their responses haven't been helpful at all. It's really frustrating to wait this long for something so important, especially when I could have done several new tests and had the results by now. I'm starting to feel like maybe I'll never get my results or my money back. This service is a total waste of time and money - definitely steer clear of it.
