I recently ordered something online and noticed that I was charged twice for it. I contacted customer service through email and they explained that it was just an authorization payment that would be refunded in 7 days. But the payment was still pending and even after sending another email, I didn't hear anything back. So now I haven't received my order and there's still this extra charge that only the company can sort out.
