    Repeated Issues and Poor Service – Very Disappointed

    Unfortunately, this is the second review I’ve had to leave about optimale in less than a year.

    My first experience was already poor. The doctor missed my appointment without any notice, and I was left waiting 30 minutes with no contact. I emailed optimale to ask why, only to be told I could rebook. That was the full response, which left me feeling very let down.

    I posted a review about that incident, and someone named Jawad replied. He apologised and was genuinely helpful. Because of his response, I gave optimale another chance.

    Since then, the service has only got worse.

    In May, I tried to order my 12 weeks of medication. I got an email saying I couldn’t have it because my blood tests were not up to date. This was wrong — they were fully up to date. I had to send several emails, including my test results, before being told two days later that there had been a system error. My order was then approved.

    Now, 12 weeks later, the same thing has happened again. My medication reorder has been cancelled because they claim my bloods are out of date — which is untrue. My next blood test is booked for 28th August.

    I’ve emailed again to explain this and to express how upset and frustrated I am, but I’ve had no response.

    I’m now close to running out of my medication. It feels like they’re happy to keep taking your monthly payment, but when it’s time to actually send your prescription, problems keep appearing — always with the system.

    This is now the third serious issue I’ve had. I’ve asked for my card details to be removed until this is sorted and I hope I won’t be charged again.

    If this doesn’t get resolved properly and quickly, I’ll be moving to another private clinic. I can’t trust optimale to manage something as important as my health anymore.
