I've been a customer at ASOS for a long time now, and I've got to say, I've been really disappointed with the customer service I got recently. They don't really have a good complaints system in place and they rely too much on outsourced live chat agents which just makes it tough to get any problems sorted quickly. I had a late delivery recently and the customer service people I spoke to were no help at all. Adnan wasn't truthful, Ajay didn't seem to know much, and the manager Neha was just completely useless. It's just not right to not make things right for a customer who's been shopping with them for 11 years. From now on, I'll be looking for other places to shop online that really put customer satisfaction first.
Review about: Garden Sanctuary
Garden umbrella and square base
I recently bought a garden umbrella and square base from Garden Sanctuary and my experience with their service was a bit mixed. The base came on time, but unfortunately, the umbrella was delivered with one end open and some parts missing for assembly. It was obvious that the package had been roughly handled during delivery, which was disappointing.
When I got in touch with Garden Sanctuary about the missing parts, they responded quickly and were really friendly. Even though it was the delivery company's fault, they took responsibility and sent the missing parts within just 3 days. This quick response meant I could still use the umbrella for the event I had planned, which was a relief.
All in all, despite the initial problems with the delivery, the customer service from Garden Sanctuary was top-notch. They were helpful and swift in sorting out the issue, which I really appreciated.
