    Bike shed

    I had the worst service ever! I ordered a bike shed back on the 19th of July 2023, but it still hasn't shown up. They just kept saying it was with the courier, but it never actually got delivered. After weeks of waiting, they eventually admitted it was out of stock and said I'd have to wait until the end of August! I had to make a PayPal claim because they were just keeping hold of my money for no reason. I'd definitely recommend avoiding them at all costs!

    I recently bought a garden storage box from Garden Sanctuary for my allotment and it fits the bill perfectly. It's a tidy little box that I'm counting on to store all my tools in an organised manner. Putting it together was pretty easy, although I have to confess it took me a bit longer than the advertised one second - maybe a slight exaggeration there! On the whole, I'm pleased with the product and its quality, and I'm excited to start using it to keep my gardening tools in one convenient spot.

    I bought a garden storage box from this company not long ago and I have to admit, it was just what I needed. The quality of the item was top-notch and it lived up to all my expectations.     Unsatisfactory ordering experience.

    I had a really bad experience ordering from Garden Sanctuary. When I made an order, they said my payment looked dodgy and asked for proof. This caused lots of delays and we had to exchange a bunch of emails. The product I got in the end had issues with the way it was made and didn't match up to what they said on their website. I tried to cancel the order, but they said it had already been sent out, which wasn't true. The customer service wasn't great either, they didn't seem to know about our previous talks and the communication was all over the place. Overall, dealing with Garden Sanctuary was really annoying and left me feeling disappointed.

    I had to send back an item to Garden Sanctuary recently because it didn't meet my requirements. Even though it was my mistake, I was really impressed with the service I got. Returning the product was simple and stress-free, and I got my money back in just 2 days, which was a nice surprise. When things go wrong, you can really tell how good a company is.     Garden Sanctuary product

    I bought something from Garden Sanctuary but it was a really bad experience. The customer service was awful, my order arrived late and the excuse about Yodel not collecting it was just not good enough. When I emailed them, I found out they're actually Chinese drop shippers with their offices only in China. That's why they're not very good at communicating and don't care much about keeping customers happy. I wouldn't trust this company, they're not honest about how they work and don't sort out problems properly. Watch out for them!

    I bought a canopy from this company not long ago and had a problem with the perspex. However, when I got in touch with them about it, they were really quick to get back to me and gave me a few choices on how to sort it out. In the end, they sent me a new order and made sure to keep me in the loop the whole time.     New gate purchase

    I recently got a new gate from an online store, and it arrived in good time and in a neat box. I needed it to replace my old gate, which was starting to look pretty unpleasant due to the bad weather we've been having. Even though the new gate came pre-treated, I decided to do a bit extra to make sure it lasts longer. I stained it and applied some varnish before installing it. Now my garden is looking really good with my brand new gate!

    Outdoor storage box purchase

    I recently bought an outdoor storage box from Garden Sanctuary, and I have to say, it's absolutely fantastic. It's got a really big capacity and looks really stylish, so it's ideal for storing all our outdoor cushions, beach and holiday stuff, and even our boots and shoes. It's been a game-changer for freeing up space in our tiny conservatory, and I couldn't be happier with it.

    That said, I do have to give you a heads up about putting it together. The assembly process was a bit of a nightmare for my husband and son. There were loads of tiny screws and nuts and bolts that came with the box, and then to top it off, all the metal parts were wrapped up in cling film that was a nightmare to get off in one go. Despite the rain pouring down outside, we spent a good two hours sitting on the floor trying to piece it all together. My poor son ended up cutting his finger, and my husband managed to slice his hand, but they soldiered through and got the job done in the end.

    Once it was all set up, though, it looked brilliant - like a piece of furniture that was made to match our home perfectly. I'd definitely recommend this storage box, but just be prepared for a bit of a challenge when it comes to assembly.

    Garden umbrella and square base

    I recently bought a garden umbrella and square base from Garden Sanctuary and my experience with their service was a bit mixed. The base came on time, but unfortunately, the umbrella was delivered with one end open and some parts missing for assembly. It was obvious that the package had been roughly handled during delivery, which was disappointing.

    When I got in touch with Garden Sanctuary about the missing parts, they responded quickly and were really friendly. Even though it was the delivery company's fault, they took responsibility and sent the missing parts within just 3 days. This quick response meant I could still use the umbrella for the event I had planned, which was a relief.

    All in all, despite the initial problems with the delivery, the customer service from Garden Sanctuary was top-notch. They were helpful and swift in sorting out the issue, which I really appreciated.

    I had a terrible experience with this company. I bought a bike shed for £250, changed my mind right away, but couldn't reach anyone as the phone just kept going to voicemail. After 2 days, I finally got an email saying to reject the delivery. The courier XPD left the package on my doorstep, even though no one was home, risking it being stolen. Garden Sanctuary said they would send another courier multiple times but no one came, and I didn't even get a tracking number. It feels like a scam! If I don't get a refund, I will report them to Trading Standards.

    I really wish I'd checked out what other people were saying before I placed my order. The company and their useless couriers have both been a nightmare - totally unresponsive and just plain incompetent. The tracking information they gave me was all over the place and honestly, my whole experience with Garden Sanctuary has been a big let down. Neither the company nor their couriers showed any professionalism or decent communication, making me seriously regret choosing to buy from them. The tracking info was so unreliable, it just ended up causing more hassle. I'd definitely recommend that others steer clear of their services in the future.

    White fireplace purchase

    I recently bought a lovely white fireplace from Garden Sanctuary and I have to say, I'm really happy with it. The fireplace was delivered flat-packed and putting it together was a breeze. It's just what I wanted and it looks great in my living room. The fact that it has 9 different brightness settings is really impressive, and the heater is nice and strong. I love that I can choose between low or high heat, or even set a specific temperature. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
