Parcel (1.5kg) / 3-5 day delivery / UK to HK
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Sent a parcel for 3-5 days delivery from the UK to Hong Kong and I am now 16 days in and my parcel is supposedly stuck in a warehouse somewhere. Their customer service is terrible constantly giving excuses, saying the parcel has been re-labelled and it will be sent out at the start of the week and yet again: 'the parcel is still waiting at a warehouse to be sent out'. They refuse to give a specific date as to when the parcel will be sent and I will receive it if it hasn't been 'lost' or stolen.
Seriously avoid at all cost, this was my first time using them and I severely regret it.
