Personalised customer service
I was really impressed with the customer service I received when I needed help with my order. Instead of just talking to a generic account manager, I got to chat with a real person who introduced themselves by name. It felt more personal and less like just a business transaction. The person I spoke to knew what they were talking about and quickly sorted out my problem, which I was really grateful for. It was a nice break from the robotic customer service you usually get.
