Additional cards purchase for employees
Recently, I bought some extra cards for my employees who spend around 30-40k £ per month using our company card. However, I had some problems with the card orders and tried several times to contact customer support but couldn't get through. It was really frustrating as there was no phone number to call them directly, and it took me a good half an hour just to explain simple issues. The product is good, but the poor customer support was disappointing. They really ought to think about setting up a customer support helpline to enhance the quality of service.

Failed card loading and missing funds
I had a really annoying situation with the card loading feature which ended up with me losing £500. The system messed up and didn't put the money on my card, so I couldn't use the £5500 I had put on there. Nobody told me about this until I tried to pay with the card. Thankfully, the issue has been sorted now and the card works fine, but I'm still down £500 which is a total bummer.
