Garmin fenix 6 pro
I bought a Garmin GPS watch. It arrived promptly, but the GPS did not work. I contacted them, and they told me to contact Garmin, which were closed on the weekend.
I contacted Garmin, who talked me through everything and determined that the chip was probably faulty, and to return it to the seller for a refund. I informed the seller and they were happy with that. I informed them that I would be returning it to store in person. As I needed another watch with GPS, I purchased a second watch from the seller.
I returned the original faulty watch to the seller, in person. They were unable to process the refund there, as it had been bought online, and said that it would be refunded when it was returned to the centre.
They are now saying it needs to be assessed and have not given me any response of how long this would take. I had the watch 5 days.
I am singularly unimpressed with their service and refusal to refund me. I have had to open a dispute claim under section 75 for faulty goods.
If you are buying something electronic, like a watch, I would avoid, given the experience I had had.
