I really liked how quickly my order was sent out, plus the fact that delivery was free and tracked by Royal Mail in just 48 hours. The price was pretty good too. Overall, I was happy with my purchase and I would definitely think about shopping at this store again next time.

Cycling gloves purchase
I bought some cycling gloves from this shop not long ago and I must say, it all turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. I placed my order but the gloves never arrived. After getting in touch to ask about them, it took more than a month for me to eventually get my money back. And on top of that, they even took 8.45€ out for delivery costs, even though the gloves never made it to me in the first place. The gloves were already pricey, so having to pay for delivery of an item that never actually got delivered just doesn't seem right. Their customer service was pretty much non-existent, which made the whole situation feel dodgy, like a scam or something.
