Office paperwork stacking system
I recently bought a new office paperwork stacking system from Bargain Fox and I have to say, I'm really pleased with the whole thing. Ordering it was easy and quick, and it arrived surprisingly fast and in perfect condition. Putting it together was a piece of cake thanks to the clever design that didn't need any screws. It all came together perfectly and I was able to start sorting out my paperwork straight away. I'm really happy with my purchase and the quality of the product.

Worktops purchase
I bought some worktops from this company recently and although the products were good quality, I was really unhappy with the delivery service they provided. I paid for delivery and expected a professional and efficient service, but sadly that wasn't the case. The delivery driver they sent seemed unable to lift the items on his own, even though he was supposed to do so as part of the service I paid for. This meant that, as a disabled person, I had to ask someone else to help the driver bring the worktops into my home. It made what should have been a simple process more difficult and stressful.
On top of that, the driver didn't want to bring the items inside the house and was rude to me during the first delivery attempt. This behaviour was completely unacceptable. Companies need to make sure their delivery service is not only quick but also respectful and considerate towards customers. Unfortunately, this company didn't meet these basic standards of professionalism and customer care.
