My sell to them
I sold my bike to them and they said they'd give me a decent price. But when the inspector showed up and looked at my bike, they offered me way less than we'd agreed on. I was gutted and spent a total of 7 hours of my life sorting it out with them.

Fast delivery, excellent customer service
I bought a bike for my granddaughter and was really pleased with how fast it was delivered. There was a little hiccup with a missing part, which was actually my fault. But the customer service team sorted it out quickly and effectively. I'm really pleased with my order and I can't wait to see my granddaughter's reaction when she gets her new bike on her birthday.
