Brother M230E Embroidery Machine
I bought this item and was initially very impressed with the service I received. 3 months later after minimal usage the machine stopped working. I contacted C&C about the item and was given details on send it back to them for repair/replacement. I did this. I eventually had an email back telling me that Brother have told them that I need to contact them about a repair.
While this may be true, the Consumer Rights Act states that repair is down to the retailer, not the manufacturer. I am disgusted that C&C have washed their hands of this problem.
