Bench
I recently bought a bench from this shop and I have to say I was really impressed with the whole experience. The website is really nicely done, with clear and detailed pictures that helped me choose what I wanted. Moving around on the site was easy, and paying for my order was simple. I liked that I could get in touch with customer service if I needed to, but luckily everything went smoothly so I didn't have to. The updates about my delivery were on time and kept me up to date throughout. My only worry was that the item was left at the postroom without a signature while I was out, which could cause confusion. Apart from this small issue, I'm pleased with the quality of the bench and the service I received from the store.
