Rang 247 yesterday as tenant had no heating asked for engineer to ring ME so I could attend , didn't,went to property and said there was a leak and turned off the boiler. Rang 247 to get contact details for engineer to find out whats going on and was refused saying they had to wait for the report.
So now I have an irate tenant with no heat or water.
I requested a boiler service Tuesday last week and I was told that an engineer will call me within a week. Today is Wednesday and I have not received any call regarding my boiler service. I have the feeling that what the company promised is too good to be true.
