I bought some clothes online recently and when they arrived, I was really disappointed with the quality. So I asked for a refund, which turned into a bit of a nightmare. At first, they offered me partial refunds and said I could keep the items, but I was adamant that I wanted a full refund. After a lot of back and forth, they eventually processed the refund, but that's when things got even worse.
