Great clothes, needed to add some new things
Chic always manages to impress me! I bought some clothes from them recently and, as always, I was really impressed by the quality and style. The range of clothes was really good, with a nice mix of trendy and classic pieces. Whenever I shop there, I always manage to find something unique and stylish. Item browsing frustration
It can be really frustrating when you're browsing items online and you click on something for more details, then when you want to go back, it takes you right to the beginning of the page rather than where you left off. It's just annoying, isn't it? Why don't they sort this out? It just makes shopping less enjoyable and more of a chore.
Great Prices and Top Notch Merchandise
I was really chuffed with the prices of the bits and bobs I bought, and the quality was spot-on too. It was all just what I was after. But I had a bit of trouble logging into my account - I'll have to look into that properly when I get a chance. Still, I didn't want to pass up on the bargains, so I went ahead and bought them without logging in.
First-time order experience
My first order with this company was pretty good on the whole, but there was a bit of a delay with some items that were out of stock. Nevertheless, the customer service team were really helpful and kept me in the loop with regular updates. I was grateful for their attention to detail and how ready they were to help with any problems I had.
Sizing issues with two items
I recently bought some stuff from this online shop and I'm really let down. The things I ordered didn't fit properly, so I had to go through the hassle of sending them back. Dealing with customer service throughout this ordeal has been awful. Despite trying multiple times, I haven't been able to get a proper return label. The link they sent me was just a load of random characters that went nowhere. On top of that, they said they would take £5 out of my refund for shipping costs, which I think is totally unfair. All in all, my time with this shop has been a massive letdown and I won't be shopping with them again.
Easy shopping and returns/exchanges
Shopping on this platform is dead easy, mate. I've bought stuff on here plenty of times this year and never had any bother. Sending things back or swapping them is just as straightforward, so it's a proper convenient and pleasant place to shop. I'd definitely suggest it to anyone after a smooth online shopping experience.

Partially received order, missing items not refunded
I bought something from this shop in March, but I only got some of it. I tried getting in touch with customer service loads of times but never got a refund for the stuff that was missing. They even told me that they hadn't sent the second package! It's really not on to be so useless and not take responsibility for their mistakes. I'd definitely recommend avoiding this website to anyone.
Clothing items
I am absolutely fuming about the customer service I received recently. I ordered some clothes and they took forever to arrive, and then when they did, one of the items was completely wrong. When I tried to return it, they were so slow to respond and wouldn't let me send it back. They only offered me a tiny 10% refund, which was really disappointing. On top of that, the quality of the clothes was terrible, it was like they were made from tissue paper.
Failed Order Attempt
Avoid ordering from this website at all costs. Firstly, they have items that are out of stock even though you have already paid when placing your order. They promise a refund, but it never actually arrives, and they just keep sending you messages to string you along. Then, when you do receive an item, it is so poorly made that it's unwearable. Once again, they try to appease you with messages offering discounts of 10% to 50%, leading you to reluctantly keep the product you didn't want. Eventually, when you try to return it, they say the 14-day return window has passed and refuse to help you. This website is definitely a scam!
Frustrating false advertising
It's so annoying when a company says they have stuff in stock but then they don't actually have it. I bought something recently and had to cancel because it was taking ages to ship. It's a total waste of time and effort for everyone involved, and really unfair. Just be honest and tell customers if something's out of stock instead of stringing them along.
Order not received
I'm really let down by this website. I ordered some stuff, paid with Klarna, and it's been months now with no sign of my items or any reason why. It's so annoying to be kept in the dark without any updates. The lack of customer service and openness is just not on. I feel like I've been conned and I won't be using this site again.
Clothing items
I bought some clothes online recently and when they arrived, I was really disappointed with the quality. So I asked for a refund, which turned into a bit of a nightmare. At first, they offered me partial refunds and said I could keep the items, but I was adamant that I wanted a full refund. After a lot of back and forth, they eventually processed the refund, but that's when things got even worse.
Bright yellow top
So, I ordered this really cute bright yellow top and I was so looking forward to it arriving. But, when it finally came after 5 weeks, the colour was this horrible dirty yellow, ew! I messaged them to return it and all they offered was a measly £4.75 refund on a £22 top. Seriously? What a rip off!
Dresses
Please Read CAREFULLY & understand cause all the CUSTOMERS should know this BEFORE ordering from this Chic Me website... to be fair I wouldn't even give it a 1 star but had to put something to write the review, the only thing I didn't like was when an item didn't fit,I.e TO big/ to small the customer service team will DO there very best to NOT give u a FULL REFUND for your items they will OFFER u everything ELS but ure full refund and THAT I did NOT like because if an item does NOT fit u properly or u DON'T like the way it looks after u have tryed it on u SHOULD have the RIGHT to send it back and get ure FULL REFUND but like I said This on line Company Chic Me, REFUSING POINT BLANK to give u a Full refund but if u FIGHT it ALL the WAY just like I DID ure GET a FULL REFUND in the END... I just want EVERYONE that using this Chic Me website to be AWARE of there refund policy So PLEASE BE AWARE CUSTOMERS!!!
