I ordered a chair on the 21st of April with next day delivery, after 2 days I contacted to say I did not receive my order I was told that the chair I ordered was out of stock and would I accept different colour, I said no and I was told due to the current situation with COVID-19 there was no-one there to solve this problem and someone will contact me.
2 days later I get an email to say the fair I ordered was out of stock and they can give me a replacement at a discounted price which was significantly higher than the initial chair and it can be delivered within 3-5 working days, I accepted the replacement and after a couple of days received another email confirming that my chair was expected to be delivered by 5th May at this point I was really excited I'm going to get my delivery finally. 5th May came and went I decided to call could not get through so I sent an email on the 6th May asking when will get my delivery, Today I receive exactly the same email as before telling me that this chair was out of stock and will not arrive until June 31st. At this point I am really PISSED, I replied to the email to cancel my order and send me my refund, I followed this up by also calling the company and telling them to cancel and issue my refund as I am very angry with myself for not reading the reviews before. I was told by the person who I spoke to that my order was being cancelled and I will be getting a refund within 7 working days which I think is complete BS. How can this company get away with this kind of lies. if you know whites best for you STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
