I recently bought some clothes and was told that they would assist me in returning them. However, they didn't provide me with the necessary information. It appears that they might be deliberately making it difficult for customers to return items in order to avoid giving refunds. I think that's pretty unfair. I've informed them that they need to email me all the details I require to send back the clothes, otherwise I'll have to make a complaint! Just so you know, my order number is EP0023311957.
