    Stunning dress

    I have to say, I was really impressed by the customer service at this online store. It's great to finally come across a company that values genuine human interaction! The customer service team was easy to get hold of and they quickly responded to all my questions. It was such a relief to talk to an actual person rather than getting stuck with a chatbot that just gives scripted answers.

    Not only was the speed of their responses impressive, but the customer representative, who I think was called Mia, really went the extra mile to help me out. She not only answered my queries but also gave me some really useful extra information, showing a real dedication to making sure I was happy.

    All in all, I couldn't be happier with the service I got. The accessibility, quickness, and warmth of the customer care team really stood out to me. It's not often you find such outstanding service in the world of online shopping today, so I'm more than happy to give them a big thumbs up.

    I have to say, my first impression of the customer service at this store wasn't great. I didn't feel like they really understood my concerns or were helping me properly, it felt like they were just giving automated responses. It made me doubt the quality of their service and if they took my feedback seriously. But, I was surprised when the store got in touch to apologise for the inconvenience and offered me a discount code for my next purchase as a way of making up for it. This really changed my view on their customer service – it showed me that they do value feedback from customers and are willing to fix things when they go wrong. I feel more comfortable now about shopping with them in the future.

    Mixed up delivery address

    I've just ordered some adorable clothes, but now I've been informed that they're being sent to a pick-up location instead of my house! I really don't fancy trekking to some obscure spot to collect my order. Why wasn't I informed about this sooner? I attempted to cancel the order, but it seems that's not an option. All I want is for my clothes to be delivered directly to my home, not to some mysterious pick-up point that doesn't even show up on Google Maps. Please resolve this issue before I'm forced to go on a wild hunt for my package!

    Large purchase lost in transit

    I'm a regular customer and I had a bit of a nightmare recently - I bought something in a sale and it disappeared on its way to me. I was pretty gutted, but the customer service team were absolute stars. I got in touch and spoke to a guy called Christian. He really listened to me and gave me the choice of getting a refund or having the item sent out again. I couldn't believe how kind and helpful they were - it made a real impact on how I feel about the company.

    Order processing delay and unresponsive customer service

    I bought something online a couple of days back but my order is taking ages to process, which is really winding me up. And now I need to return something too, but there's been no news on that either. I emailed customer service but haven't heard anything back, so now I feel like they're ignoring me and I'm not happy with the lack of communication.

    Positive experience and great customer service

    I had a really good experience with the customer service team at the company recently. At first, I had a few problems with getting a refund but when I got in touch with them, they explained what was going on and were kind enough to offer me a discount code as a way of saying sorry. I was really impressed with how they went above and beyond to fix the issue and make sure I was happy in the end.

    Clothing from the online store

    I recently bought some clothes online and was really happy with what I got. The clothes were good quality and fitted me perfectly. The only problem I had was with the delivery service from a particular company. Sadly, the last two parcels I ordered were stolen while they were being delivered by this company, which was really annoying and upsetting. It's a shame to see such nice clothes being wasted because of unreliable delivery companies.

    Disappointing delivery experience

    I am really unhappy with the service I received from this company. I placed an order on May 29th and was expecting it to arrive by June 3rd. However, there have been no updates on the status of my shipment so far. The tracking information just says "Electronical shipment data has been provided to the courier". This lack of communication and transparency is not on. I have contacted customer service several times via email but have not heard anything about my order or any apologies for the delay. I even got in touch with the courier myself and they said they never received the parcel from the company. It's just so disappointing and I feel like I've wasted my money. I can't get any clear information on my order or cancel it. This has honestly been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

    Faulty Item and Unresponsive Customer Service

    I bought something online not long ago, and it broke soon after I started wearing it. The quality was seriously bad, way below what I expected. I tried to get in touch with customer service a few times, but got nowhere. Every time I tried to make a claim on their website, I got an error message, stopping me from getting help. And when I tried to chat with them, no one replied for ages, which made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer.

    I recently purchased an off-shoulder bow detail mini dress from your store, but it doesn't fit me well. I was hoping to exchange it for a smaller size, however, I've learned that you don't accept returns. I bought the dress with a discount code promo and was expecting to use the same discount for the new size, as per your return & refund policy. Despite trying several times, I haven't received a clear answer to my queries and keep getting the same automated response, which is quite frustrating after trying five times.

    Got a shirt which came damaged

    I recently ordered something for the first time and was disappointed to receive a shirt with a hole in it - totally unacceptable! Despite being offered a 40% discount as an apology, I wasn't too happy about it. I made a complaint and eventually received a refund, but I still feel that the quality of the products just doesn't match up to the prices they are charging. It seems like they might be inflating the prices initially, only to then offer discounts to make them appear reasonable.

    Returned boots refund issue

    I returned a pair of boots to this company back in March and they said I'd get a refund. But when I checked my bank account, no money had been refunded. I emailed their customer service team and they told me to contact Klarna for it, even though I didn't use Klarna. The company said they couldn't access my payment info to sort it out. This whole situation has left me really frustrated and confused. I just want my money back, it shouldn't be this complicated since I bought directly from their website. This has been a disappointing experience and has made me reconsider buying from them again in the future.

    Poor quality products, bad return policy

    I was really let down by the stuff I bought from that shop. It was way too expensive and honestly, pretty shoddy. They didn't last long at all. Plus, when I wanted to return them, it was such a hassle. I had to make sure it got there within a certain timeframe, even though I'd sent it back as soon as I could. It just doesn't seem fair to expect everyone to stick to such rigid rules, especially when delivery times can be so unpredictable.

    Sizing issues

    The sizing is terrible, even after following the size guide the clothes are still too small. I would suggest going down a size, or maybe even two. Also, one of the items I received had a big, noticeable stain on it, which was disappointing because I was really excited about it. I won't bother returning it after reading these reviews, it doesn't seem worth the effort and just sounds like a headache.
