Broadband and home phone cancellation
I tried to get them to call me back for a day and a half, but they just weren't responsive. So, I made the decision to cancel my broadband and home phone services with them. I was really let down by the lack of care and attention from their customer service. It's clear that their service drops off once you're signed into a contract. I'm glad to be done with them and won't be using their services again in the future.
