Recent faulty purchase
I recently bought a pair of walking trousers from this retailer and unfortunately, they turned out to be faulty when they arrived. I've been trying to get in touch with them over the past week, both by phone and email, but so far, I've had no luck. Whenever I call, the phone just keeps ringing endlessly before cutting off, and it's as if my emails have disappeared into thin air. This lack of communication has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the level of customer service they've offered. While I understand that they can't control receiving a faulty product, it's unacceptable to have no support or help from their side. That's why I've now had to contact my credit card company to get a chargeback and sort this mess out. It's a real shame that what could've been a simple fix has turned into a long and complicated situation because of the company's negligence.
