Your Order Will Not Arrive The Honest Truth
I highly recommend everyone not use the services at Makephotopuzzle company.
My order: EQ44368 has not been delivered. A massive disappointment as it was a Christmas present. They have awful customer service representatives. I spoke to Vita W who, to be honest, did not care that my order had not been delivered, as I was told they do not cover any lost parcel when it reaches the domestic port, and that the Post Office will refund you if anything was lost or stolen. This is obviously not the case after speaking to 3 Local Post Office Services in my area (UK, London).
I have tried to contact them many times, but they have either ignored me or responded with the same generic auto-reply email.
Thanks for a disappointing Christmas!
