    This is the unbelievably horrible Broadband company.
    In last 20 years, I have used Vodafone, talk-talk ... and most times with BT. Youfibre is the unbelievably horrible Broadband company.
    My Youfibre broadband installed 20 days and I have not got one full day good broadband. Engineer came 4 times. I telephoned customer service 5 times and spent hours with them. My broadband is still totally down.
    After checked reviews, I switched my broadband to Youfibre. It was installed around lunch time on 21st July. The broadband only worked a few hours and stopped in the evening.
    I was very busy on 22nd July and telephone Youfibre on 23rd July. One engineer came on 28th July. He checked and concluded that the problem is up at the post. He will report to Youfibre to send people to climb up fix this.
    On 30th July, another engineer came and did the same. He said he will report to Youfibre to send people to climb up fix this.
    Then this was left there for many days and nothing happened. I telephoned again on 4th August. Engineer came on 6th August and replaced the cable from the post to house and I got my broadband back. On the following day (7th August), the Youfibre started to breakdown about every 30 minutes for 5 to 15 minutes. Then the broadband total gone on 8th August.
    I work from home most of the time and cannot afford broadband keeping going like this. I contacted Youfubre customer services, want to cancel my order and get refund of my first month charge. I was told that I have passed the 14 days cooling off period. And have to paid £500 cancellation fee.
