Daiwa Rod Case
I ordered a fishing rod case on 10/25/2020 with a delivery date in-between Oct. 30th and Nov 3rd. Still no delivery or updates on the tracking.
After multiple interactions with the sub-standard support, the issue has still not been rectified. All I get is a generic template response saying it's held up in customs. Really? for 3 weeks? It's a shame that I have to come here to voice my views since I get no legitimate meaningful response from their customer service. BEWARE of this company.
