Despite being quite knowledgeable and experienced in the art world, I really struggled for hours trying to make an order on this website. The website itself was not great - very hard to use and input my details. When I tried calling customer service, I just kept getting sent to voicemail with holiday messages, which was so annoying. My card authentication didn't give me a code, so I couldn't finish my order online. Even trying to email the order didn't work because I couldn't copy and paste properly. And now, I can't even send emails because Microsoft's having storage problems, making things even more delayed. All in all, the whole process was a nightmare and I think they need to sort out the phone contact for future customers.
