Incomplete order
I bought something from this company not long ago and it was really disappointing. I've had good experiences with them before, but this time my order was incomplete. I've tried getting in touch with their customer service team a few times, by email and phone, but I haven't heard anything back. It's really annoying to be ignored after spending my money with them. The lack of communication and bad customer service has cost me both money and time.
