    Last summer, I ordered a bunch of stuff from this company, but only got one thing. I tried emailing, messaging, and calling them loads of times, but heard nothing back. Turns out, the company shut down and got taken over. So, I never got the rest of my order and missed out on getting a refund through my credit card. Watch out when dealing with this company, folks!

    I bought the Hy Little Rider Pom Pom Unicorn Hat Cover for my daughter as a Christmas gift. However, I was charged £18 and didn't receive the item. Although she couldn't fix the original order, Melinda helped me cancel it and put in a new revised order. I have to say, the customer service from Equus was really top-notch.

    Frustrating delayed delivery

    I bought some things on the 2nd of December but still haven't got them. I've spoken to customer service twice and the responses weren't helpful. They blamed it on a supplier problem and said they couldn't promise delivery before Christmas. I don't understand why only some of my items were sent out. I asked to cancel my order but no one paid any attention. I tried calling Equus but the number didn't work.

    Horse riding pants

    I tried to get myself some horse riding pants, but they were out of stock. The staff were really friendly and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Even though they couldn't fulfil my order, they gave me a refund promptly. Good customer service!

    My orders came in three separate packages spread out over three days, all with next day delivery which was a bit delayed. But all items arrived within 8 days of me placing the order. They were the most reasonably priced products I could find on the internet, and I was grateful for the clear communication through email when I needed help with a question.

    Boots order for £144

    To be honest, this company has really let me down. I bought a pair of boots for £144 back on January 2nd, and it's been a complete disaster ever since. They said they'd deliver within a certain timeframe, but they've missed the mark. When I contacted them by email, they made up some story about a new warehouse, which was obviously untrue. And now, they're not even replying to my emails. I would steer clear of this company - they're just out to trick people.

    Equestrian hat for college

    I absolutely love horse riding, so I thought I'd treat myself to a new hat for my college classes. I was pretty organised and ordered it well in advance to make sure it would get here on time. But I've been let down because my order still says 'order placed' after all this time. It's really annoying me and starting to affect my studies because I can't wait to get my hands on that new hat.

    Two pairs of jodhpurs for my daughter

    I've just bought two pairs of jodhpurs for my daughter, but I've only received one so far. The missing pair is the more expensive one and I can't seem to get hold of the company except by email. Sadly, nobody has replied to my emails yet. It was meant to be a Christmas gift for my daughter, so I'm really let down by their poor communication and service.

    This company has taken £33.14 from my pension without asking me first! I've been trying to get in touch with them but the phone number they provided doesn't work. I even attempted to reach out using the email address they left in response to my review, but I haven't received a reply. I wouldn't recommend trusting this company with your money. I'm currently exploring other options to try and recover my funds.

    Two pairs of boots for my daughter

    I recently bought my daughter two pairs of boots and I was really happy with how quickly they arrived. It was great to be able to keep an eye on where my order was too, made me feel safer about the whole thing. The only problem I had was when I wanted to send one pair back, because there was no phone number for me to call and talk to someone directly. Despite that little hiccup, I was still pleased with how efficient the service was overall.

    Cool boots

    I ordered these awesome boots from this place back in August 2023 but they never arrived! I had to keep hassling them to find out what was happening and all they said was they would be sent soon. Then out of nowhere, they dropped the bombshell that they had gone out of business or something! It's just not fair, really!

    Coat purchase before Christmas

    I got myself a coat just before Christmas, but it hasn't turned up yet. The website promised it would arrive in time for the big day, but no luck. I even checked the tracking number and it seems like the package hasn't even been dispatched! I tried giving them a ring, but the number was out of service. They really need to keep their info up to date and have a proper phone line for customers to contact. If my coat doesn't show up soon, I might have to ask for a refund.

    Birthday gift order

    I bought a birthday present on the 26th of August and I've been really looking forward to getting it. But, even after sending loads of emails and messages asking about where my order is, I haven't heard anything back from the company. It's really disappointing because I've used them before with no problems. And to top it off, I haven't even got an email to say that my order has been sent out. It's so annoying to be kept in the dark like this, especially when the gift was meant for a special occasion. As soon as I hear from them, I'll update my review.

    I bought a riding jacket from Equus at the start of October, but there were delays in dispatch because of their warehouse move. Just before the 14-day mark, they emailed me to say they couldn't find my item and had to re-order from the supplier with no idea of how long it would take. I tried to get a refund by email, but it didn't go through. Then I used the website contact form and heard nothing back. The following day, I got an automated email saying my item had been sent, and it arrived quickly. Luckily, it fits because I wouldn't want to deal with a company that's so hard to get in touch with.

    I recently ordered a fly rug from this company and the service was shocking. It took a whole 10 days for the item to even be dispatched after I placed my order. I had to send three emails asking for a refund, and even messaged them on Facebook before I got a response. They blamed warehouse issues and a bank holiday for the delay, which didn't seem like a good enough reason to me. They promised to dispatch it quickly but that didn't happen, and they ignored my request for a refund. This lack of care for customers is really disappointing. I won't be shopping with them again and I won't recommend them to others.

    Christmas present for daughter

    As a customer, I just have to say how disappointed I was with the customer service at this company. I bought my daughter's main Christmas present way ahead of time, and yet I faced delays and hardly any communication. Even though they told me when it would be sent out, it didn't arrive on time, and they didn't take responsibility for messing up.     I recently bought some horse riding gear online and it turned out to be a bit of a letdown. The website said it would take around 10 days to get my stuff out of the warehouse, which was longer than I hoped, but I thought I'd see how it goes. After waiting for the 10 days, I got in touch to ask about my order and was told it would definitely be on its way before the end of that time. But then on the 11th day, I found out there were problems with the stock causing a delay, with no clear idea of when it would be sorted. It was pretty frustrating not knowing when my order would arrive, especially when the website still said there were 7 items available. I feel like I shouldn't have given them another chance, falling for their promises once more.
