Motorcycle battery
I bought a motorcycle battery from Motardinn not long ago. But I ran into some problems with the delivery after I placed my order. The parcel seemed to have disappeared and I couldn't track it. I got in touch with customer service for help and they were quite quick to respond in the beginning. But as time passed, they stopped replying to me. I felt really annoyed and let down by the lack of communication. I was hoping for a refund for the item that never arrived, but my efforts to get in touch with the customer service team didn't lead anywhere.
