Suitcase
I have to say, I was quite pleased with the service from the company at first. Ordering was a breeze and my suitcase arrived in just 3 days. But, I was a bit let down by the actual product. It looked nice, but it was smaller than I thought it would be. Our old suitcase from a different brand had the same size, yet could fit so much more. Sadly, I couldn't exchange it because I didn't have the warranty card needed for returns. It's a real shame as I really needed a bigger suitcase for my next trip.
