Item stuck in customs for over a month.
No help from live chat ...no action it seems.
Order cancelled after 4 live chat attempts without a solution.
Refund requested.
They are withholding my money while they “investigate “ who is more useless....AUTODOC or their courier.....I don’t care. Won’t use again. Just want my money back !!!!
