Problematic refund process
I bought something that wasn't right and wanted to return it for a refund. But the customer service was really bad. It took ages of calling and emailing, and they hardly replied, to sort it out. I had to get in touch with the UK manufacturer because Robert Dyas didn't, which slowed things down as they had the wrong email address. And on top of that, they refunded me £5 less than what I paid, which is not on. The customer service team didn't communicate well and didn't act professionally at all. It was a complete disgrace.
