Was very worried about buying a secondhand machine. Would it perform the same? Would it look ok? The team at TechTrade took the time and spent over an hour on the phone with me to go through what I wanted and explained everything to me. I’ve had the item over 2 months now and what can I say…..looked brand new when I received it and has worked flawlessly since. 5****
