Hammer drill and ultrasonic cleaner purchase
I recently bought a hammer drill and an ultrasonic cleaner from this company. Sadly, I had a really bad time with both items. The hammer drill packed up after the first go, and when I contacted customer service, they weren't very helpful and asked for a video of the problem. Their response seemed automated and didn't address my specific issue. I'm not an electrician, so I expected the product to just work without me having to figure out what was wrong. On top of that, the ultrasonic cleaner I got wasn't what I thought I was buying - it didn't have as many options as advertised. Dealing with customer service was a pain, as they couldn't give me a clear answer and kept telling me to just be patient. Overall, my experience with this company has been a letdown and I wish I hadn't bought anything from them.
