The return process for this company is an absolute nightmare. They claim it's going to be easy and stress-free, but it's been the total opposite in my experience. They expect customers to jump through hoops by taking videos, sending photos, and using a complicated programme called WeTransfer for returns, which just seems like a complete hassle. Dealing with it has been really annoying and has honestly made me doubt how reliable this company actually is.
Bubble wheel beach cart
I recently bought a bubble wheel beach cart and decided to take it down to the beach. As I was strolling along the sand, one of the wheels fell off due to a faulty pin. I had to lug all my stuff back to the car, which was quite a hassle. It would have been helpful if the cart had come with an extra wheel pin, along with info on how to get more and the item number for future use. When I reached out to customer service, all they offered me was a return link, which was no good as I just needed a replacement pin rather than returning the whole cart. I even asked about this in the chat, but got no reply. It's really important for customers to have access to spare parts, so I suggest including instructions on how to get extra pins in the future. I'd still recommend the cart to others, but I'd advise them to have spare pins on hand just in case they run into a similar issue.
Hammer drill and ultrasonic cleaner purchase

The hammer drill packed up after the first go, and when I contacted customer service, they weren't very helpful and asked for a video of the problem. Their response seemed automated and didn't address my specific issue. I'm not an electrician, so I expected the product to just work without me having to figure out what was wrong. On top of that, the ultrasonic cleaner I got wasn't what I thought I was buying - it didn't have as many options as advertised. Dealing with customer service was a pain, as they couldn't give me a clear answer and kept telling me to just be patient. Overall, my experience with this company has been a letdown and I wish I hadn't bought anything from them.
Faulty product and difficult warranty process.
I bought this product and it turned out to be faulty, it broke after I used it just once which was really disappointing. I then tried to go on the website to claim the warranty but it was so complicated for no reason. I couldn't manage to attach the right pictures in the right size and format, so I couldn't submit my claim. It made me think they were doing it on purpose to make it difficult for customers to claim the warranty.
Product payment refund without explanation
I've recently had a really annoying experience with my purchase. I paid for something, but then two days later they refunded the payment with no explanation. I'm still waiting for a response and haven't received the product I ordered. It's really disappointing and frustrating to not have any communication or clarity about what's going on.
