I first saw it in a forum, and when it arrived earlier than they'd said I opened it and thought, blimey, that's proper quality. On a tight budget and mobility issues, that little win mattered.
Bits arrived eventually
Opened the box — no screws, thought that's that. Phoned support, still slow at first, then they sent a parcel with the missing parts; when the bits finally fitted, I was relieved. Not perfect, but it works.
Needed it quick
Oddly, I ordered because my back was acting up and needed a sturdy bench quick. Delivery to my Gold Coast was on time and customer service fixed a tiny label mix‑up without fuss. Solid kit, fair price.

Dealing with it has been really annoying and has honestly made me doubt how reliable this company actually is.
