The courses seem to be nicely put together but the selection of courses is not quite varied enough. Hopefully that will change over time.
The progressive modules are well thought of however. But I found the pricing to be a bit steep, especially for lower income groups and countries, and especially considering that you have to pay extra for toolkits and the like.
Discovering that toolkits needed to be purchased was a disappointment. I think this kind of information needs to be clearly stated from the start.
I also found the constant popping up of messages to get you to purchase the toolkits or membership extremely intrusive and almost gave up on trying out courses even for the free trial.
Likewise, the number of messages landing in my inbox and phone are far too many and make me want to unsubscribe.
I haven't tried the app and prefer watching lessons on my computer but I found the website was not very easy to navigate. I had difficulty looking for and finding courses that were of interest to me. The search system definitely needs improvement. The same goes for the dashboard where I couldn't get to see the two courses I signed up for at first. I spend quite some time figuring out how things work.
Lastly, having to set a fixed time and day for the classes seemed frustrating at first but that does increase motivation to attend the class without postponing it even though you are able to reschedule.
