Next day delivery
I recently bought something and paid extra for next day delivery, but it ended up arriving two days later. I've been trying to sort it out with customer service via email, but they take ages to reply - around 4-6 days. After all the back and forth, they only gave me a free next day delivery code, which I thought was pretty rude given how unsatisfied I am. I made it clear that I wanted a refund, but it seems like nobody is listening to me. This whole thing has me really frustrated, and I've decided I won't be shopping with them again. The £10 I paid for next day delivery was steep enough, but the awful customer service really tops it off. I asked twice for my concerns to be passed on to a manager, but it seems they conveniently ignored my requests.
