This review is just on the customer service ..
I spend over £50,000 per year with Helloprint and although I am more than happy with the print quality the customer service is terrible. I have on average 10% of my orders, damaged, missing, sent wrong item by mistake and I always just have to deal with it. I accept that they always replace, but this doesn't always work out and I have to foot the bill.
Today I asked for help as a customer requested a change with DPD and they sent it back to Helloprint instead and was told by customer service that basically, its tough, she had her chance and as she wasn't in for delivery.
There is no customer loyalty, goodwill or thank you for being a good loyal customer. I am sure with what I spend per year one re-print wouldn't be too much to ask. I asked if I could contact someone more senior only to be told the lady I deal with is in charge (I am sure she doesn't own the company!) She then proceeded to give me her email address to complain to!
I am not one for long ranty reviews however I would love someone more senior to contact me about this issue and this may just be the only way to do it.
