Great service. Fairly frequent problems with items being misprinted or damaged but the customer service team is incredible and they always give more than enough refund. The live chat function works really well. Definitely recommend. I've so far spoken to Kayla, Patricia and Max and they're all really helpful.

I use this service regularly. Occasionally I have issues with quality once the books have arrived but I have always found the customer service team to be extremely helpful, replacing the damaged items very quickly. On the latest instance Kayla was exceptionally helpful.
(The photo book design software could be slightly improved, but it's not bad at all!)
