I was so disappointed with this item which had not been checked for correct sizing before it was dispatched. It was absolutely enormous so had to be returned, despite a label saying it was medium. Woolovers have no courier collection system in place for customers who are shielding due to COVID 19, so I had to find my own courier to return the item. Previously I ‘ve been a loyal customer of Woolovers so I am saddened by this experience which has deterred me from buying items from them again.
