    Faulty return issue

    What a total nightmare it was trying to return a faulty item to Selfridges after more than 6 months of buying it! The customer service was shockingly bad, they didn't give me any help or support at all. They just kept insisting on me having a receipt, which conveniently disappeared from my online account after the 6-month period. Even when I tried to get in touch with them, I was met with nothing but silence and lack of care. Now I'm stuck in a frustrating situation where neither Selfridges nor the manufacturer is willing to lend a hand. It's so disheartening to receive such shoddy treatment after being a loyal customer.
