Order of gift shoes
I recently bought a pair of shoes as a gift from this store. Unfortunately, I forgot to provide the full address for delivery, so the shoes couldn't reach the person I intended. However, I have to say that the customer service team at the store dealt with the situation really well. They responded quickly to my problem, gave me a refund straight away, and did it all with no hassle at all. I was really impressed by how efficiently and professionally they sorted out the problem without any unnecessary delays. Even though there was a hiccup with the delivery, I was happy with how the store handled it and would definitely shop there again in the future.
