Deichmann
I was pleased to find a pair of my favourite, comfortable Graceland navy court shoes made with fabric & embellished with fine beadwork & a bow.
I have a bunion from wearing high-heeled shoes with pointed toes as a teenager. Its difficult finding comfortable, affordable shoes.
This is the 2nd pair of the same style. I have frequently worn these for nearly 3yrs.
Today I also bought a similar plain dark donkey brown pair for Autumn. The heeld are comfortable as they are not as flat as ballerina pump shoes.
Charley at the Bournemouth branch was excellent at her job.
She gave us friendly, efficient, professional service.
I have ordered shoes & boots successfully before & use the Deichmann website to keep an eye on their range. However, its best to pop into the store so you can fit the shoes on & see if the style is suitable. .Sports shoes for work
I bought some sports shoes for work online at Deichmann. The in-store experience was great, but the online shop didn't impress me. I paid 54.99€ for the shoes on the same day I ordered them. However, there were no updates on the DHL website about the delivery, and my order wasn't showing up on the Deichmann website either. I contacted customer service for help and waited for their response.
Today, the shoes finally arrived, which was a relief. But my order still isn't showing up on the website. Normally, I get a notification from DHL when a package is out for delivery, but this time I didn't. Despite these issues, I'm just happy the shoes are finally here.Graceland shoes
I had been looking for a pair of shoes to match a dress I shall be wearing to my niece's wedding in September. My sister sent me a photograph of a pair she had seen in the Crawley branch, however although they had the range in the Uxbridge branch, they did not have the colour I wanted. However I have to commend the staff who went to every possible trouble they could to track down the specific type and to order them for me. They could not have been more obliging and helpful and it was done with grace and consideration. My shoes arrived three days later in perfect condition and I have even managed to find a bag to match, so I am delighted with my purchase. Thank you.
Graceland sandals, brown - love these sandals and colour look quite dressy. Lady at the counter was lovely, will go to Canterbury branch again as soon as I can. Thank you for great shoe selection.
I think some shops need professional and nice staff there are some exception where their behaviour and attitude is not for working with customers
Shopped at the Doncaster branch. A very helpful assistant. I wear size 10 shoes which are extremely difficult to find. I shall definitely go there again.
went to Truro today went in to look for shoes when I found what I wanted went to pay one assistant in front of me dealing with a client ,or I thought she was, no one else waiting, 2 others on their phones , just taking about pictures on their phones. no one bothered to speak just about to walk out and leave when they bothered to serve me. nothing spoken about keeping me waiting the worst serviced I have received in years. good job was 70miles from home wont be going there again.

I recently bought a pair of shoes as a gift from this store. Unfortunately, I forgot to provide the full address for delivery, so the shoes couldn't reach the person I intended. However, I have to say that the customer service team at the store dealt with the situation really well. They responded quickly to my problem, gave me a refund straight away, and did it all with no hassle at all. I was really impressed by how efficiently and professionally they sorted out the problem without any unnecessary delays. Even though there was a hiccup with the delivery, I was happy with how the store handled it and would definitely shop there again in the future.

Alright, so I bought some shoes and they were alright. They arrived pretty quickly, which was nice. But then a couple of them didn't fit properly. I returned them and got a refund without any trouble, so that was pretty good.

I emailed customer service about the issue and they advised me to return the trainers to the store. When I got there, I was happy to be greeted by a friendly and helpful girl named Tracy, who had a lovely smile. Tracy promptly helped me and processed my refund without any hassle. Her customer service was truly outstanding and it really improved my overall experience. Thanks to Tracy, I will definitely be shopping at this store again in the future.

Shoes too small
I recently bought a pair of shoes from a shop in Crawley, but it turns out they're too small for me. So, I'm thinking of popping into the Basingstoke store on the 22nd of September and hoping they'll let me swap them there. It was a bit of a letdown with the sizing, but I'm optimistic about getting it sorted out in Basingstoke.

Well, I thought I'd give it a go and have my shoes delivered instead of popping into the store like I usually do. And you know what? It all went really smoothly! We got to try them on straight away in the store, and luckily, they fit just right. It was a relief to know that if they didn't fit, I could have just left them there. All in all, I'm really happy with the service and how everything turned out.
