Two dress order
I have been a regular customer of Fenwick for a while now and I recently ordered two dresses online last week. However, I was soon contacted to let me know that only one of the dresses was actually available. It's now Wednesday and I still haven't received any notification that the one available dress has been sent out. The lack of communication and slow processing has left me feeling annoyed and disappointed with my shopping experience at Fenwick. I believe there should be better efficiency and transparency when it comes to handling orders and keeping customers updated on their purchases.
