    I bought a birthday present for my partner from this place not long ago, but there was a problem with it, unfortunately. I sent an email to customer service, but they took a bit too long to get back to me, so I ended up giving them a ring. I had a chat with Shannon, a really nice lady, who was super helpful and quickly sorted out my problem. Her customer service skills were top-notch and totally changed my experience for the better. It's not often you come across such good customer service these days, so Shannon definitely deserves some recognition for all her hard work and effort.

    I had a lovely time at Fenwick the other day. I was trying to find a toy for my child, but couldn't see the age recommendation on the label. A lady named Irene on the third floor was so kind and really went above and beyond to help me out. She not only checked the toy for me, but also got a colleague to look up the information online. It was great to know exactly what I was buying. Both Irene and her colleague were brilliant and made my shopping trip a lot more pleasant.

    The service at this store was absolutely fantastic. Sabah, Sital, Cristina, Rona, and Nabil were so helpful and really knew their stuff when it came to the products. They had big smiles on their faces and made my shopping trip a pleasure. The only downside was that it was boiling hot inside the store, making it a bit uncomfortable to have a good look around. So, I decided to take advantage of a 10% discount for opening an account and do some online shopping instead. Unfortunately, the discount code they gave me didn't work. I called their customer service, but they couldn't sort the problem out properly. So, even though the in-store service was brilliant, the online shopping and customer service could definitely do with some improvement.

    Women's Winter Coat

    I bought a ladies' winter coat from Fenwick recently, but I've been really let down by the whole thing. I ordered it more than a week ago, and even though they said there'd be a delay because of a warehouse move, they still haven't sent it out. The fact that they haven't kept me informed about the stock situation is really unprofessional and annoying. It looks like they might be selling stuff they don't actually have, which isn't on for a well-known store like Fenwick.

    I just wanted to say how happy I was with the customer service I received when I had an issue with an online order. Rhys was so helpful and understanding when I called, he really put my mind at ease. He said he would look into it and my order actually arrived the very next day, just like he promised. I was really impressed with how quickly and professionally the team at Fenwick dealt with everything.

    I went to get my make-up done at the store the other day, and Gemma did an amazing job. She was so professional and friendly, which made me feel really comfortable during the whole session.     I wouldn't bother ordering gift cards from this place, mate. I got two for a special occasion and they took a massive 19 days to turn up! I tried getting in touch with them a few times and didn't hear anything back, so not great customer service there. And when the gift cards finally arrived, they weren't even in the same envelope and there wasn't an invoice to show how much was on each one. Total lack of efficiency, if you ask me. Really not happy with it all.

I mean, it's really annoying to have to wait for a new backpack when the old one is falling apart.

    I ordered something from Fenwick, but to my dismay, my order got cancelled. What's worse, they already took the money from my account. I tried getting in touch with customer service twice, but I didn't hear back from them at all. This lack of communication and unresponsiveness has really left me feeling really let down and frustrated.

    Shoes purchased, wrong item received

    I bought some shoes from this shop not long ago. Bit of a shame really, as they were delivered using a dodgy courier service that was a let down. The website made it seem like they'd use a better one, but no, they went with Evri - which everyone knows is rubbish and loses stuff. No surprises when the shoes turned up late. And to make matters worse, they sent the wrong ones! When I got in touch with customer service, they said they couldn't swap them and I'd have to go through the hassle of sending them back for a refund. This whole thing has been so stressful and a complete waste of time. I definitely won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

    I went to Fenwick the other day to find a fancy dress for a special event but my visit wasn't great at all. The staff didn't seem bothered to help me, they were too busy chatting amongst themselves. Even when I asked the Ted Baker team for assistance, they didn't really seem interested. I was so let down by the customer service that I decided to buy the dress from another shop, missing out on spending £350 at Fenwick. I was really disappointed with how I was treated and I won't be going back there for future purchases.

    Two dress order

    I have been a regular customer of Fenwick for a while now and I recently ordered two dresses online last week. However, I was soon contacted to let me know that only one of the dresses was actually available. It's now Wednesday and I still haven't received any notification that the one available dress has been sent out. The lack of communication and slow processing has left me feeling annoyed and disappointed with my shopping experience at Fenwick.     I ordered some stuff last Monday and it still hasn't arrived after a whole week! I sent an email but didn't get a response, then I called on Friday and they said it might be ready by Friday or Saturday. Well, it's Saturday now and I still haven't received anything! I tried checking online but it still says 'waiting to be picked'. What a joke! I won't be ordering from them again!

    Multiple orders cancelled due to stock availability

    I placed a few orders at Fenwick because they were offering a special goody bag deal. But, to my disappointment, I got several emails the next day telling me that some of my items had been cancelled. So, I decided to ring up their customer support to find out if the stuff was actually in stock or not. Unfortunately, they couldn't give me a straight answer, and as a result, they cancelled all my orders. This whole thing left me really unhappy, making me question how good their system is at keeping track of their stock. These days, you'd think they'd have a more automatic and accurate way of managing their inventory, rather than relying on old-fashioned methods that end up letting customers down. It's so important not to mess up on your logistics and stock control to avoid these kind of problems and keep your loyal customers.
